Prepare with confidence
A practical starting point for Bangladeshi students exploring higher education in Europe. Use these guides to organize your research and prepare questions for a consultation.
Your application preparation checklist
Begin with the current requirements for each programme. A checklist helps you track what is needed without assuming that every university asks for the same documents.
- Record the programme name, degree level, official course link and application deadline.
- Compare academic entry requirements with your qualifications and subject background.
- Check the language of instruction, accepted tests and any programme-specific exemption rules.
- List required transcripts, certificates, references and statement requirements.
- Confirm whether translations or certified copies are needed, and who may provide them.
- Plan tuition, living costs, insurance, travel and any application or immigration fees.
- Keep a timeline for preparing, reviewing and submitting the application.
- Use only the university’s official application route and retain your own access to accounts.
How to compare programmes
Look beyond the course title. Compare module content, academic or practical focus, duration, assessment, location and total cost. Check the institution’s official page for recognition and programme details. A popular course is not automatically the best match for your interests.
Build a truthful Letter of Motivation
Explain why the subject matters to you, which real experiences prepared you, why the programme fits, and what you intend to learn. Use specific examples you can substantiate. Follow the institution’s word limit, authorship and AI-assistance rules.

Budget before committing
Create separate lines for tuition, accommodation, daily expenses, insurance, travel and required fees. Treat unconfirmed scholarships and future employment as uncertain. Compare the university’s current published costs with official residence-permit funding requirements.
